Step 5 : Now launch into a command prompt and enter gpupdate /force to apply the changes made to Group Policy.

Step 1 : Type regedit in Run and launch the Registry Editor.
Step 2 : Now navigate to the following from the left pane:
- HKEY_Local_Machine -> Software -> Policies -> Microsoft -> Windows
Step 3 : Now right click on Windows, expand New and then click on Key
Step 4 : Name this new key Psched.
Step 5 : Now right-click Psched, expand New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name this new DWORD NonBestEfforLimit.
Step 6 : Double-click the new DWORD and select Decimal Radius button Enter a percentage between 1 and 100 for the bandwidth range under Value Data. You enter 0 feature Turn off completely.
Step 7 : Now restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
